Fabricated Rubber Sheets are formed by coating rubber compound on either one or both the sides of the fabric. This coated fabric is then cured to ensure the rubber-fabric bonding becomes inseparable. These fabricated rubber sheets are more durable & have good stability over uncoated fabrics.
The rubber & fabric material specification can be selected, depending upon the end application of the product.
Rubber Material Used: NR, NBR, HNBR, SBR, Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone, Acrylic, FKM (VITON) etc.
Fabric Used: Natural, Polyester, Polyamide, Nomex, Carbon Fibre, Nylon etc.
Thickness: 0.20mm to 3.00mm (maintained as per requirement)
Hardness: 40 to 90 Shore A (maintained as per requirement)
